Pre-Father's Day Crescent City Craft Market
New Orleans folks, I'll have a booth at the upcoming Crescent City Craft Market THIS Sunday, June 10th, from 2-6pm at the Big Top art gallery. I won't actually be there, sadly, but my Mafia sisters have agreed to sell my wares for me. I'll have a handful of clocks and t's, a few mixed media pieces, and hopefully some screen printed vintage ties (great for Father's Day!) if I get them done today and into the mail!! So stop by and do some Father's Day shopping with me and the rest of the New Orleans Craft Mafia (plus our guest vendors).
I will however be in New Orleans at the end of the month, just in time for gay pride festivities in Washington Square Park on June 24th. I'll be vending at Pridefest, which last year was a very low-key, community event that was surprisingly enjoyable. I think they actually have a musical lineup this year, plus there'll be food and drink and lots of other vendors. So come have a picnic in the park with us, and do a little shopping while you're at it!
Lastly, I'll be back in Kentucky the last week of the month, just in time for the FAT Friday Trolley Hop on the 29th, where the Louisville Craft Mafia will be in the front parking lot of Pottery Rowe on Frankfort Avenue, from 6-10pm. Then, the very next day, we'll be at the Germantown Shotgun Festival, a day-long neighborhood festival in the street circle behind the Atomic Saucer, off Oak at Swan. The DCRG will be there, too, as well as many local and neighborhood businesses... it promises to be a fun day, so join us! Did I mention, it's free?!
