"Home" fleur de lis t-shirts are up!
"Home" Fleur de Lis ringer t's are finally up for ordering! More clothes to be added when I get back from NOLA next week. If you're in Louisville, you can get some over at the Why Louisville store on Bardstown Road, though.
Jazz Fest Art Show: Creative Outlet
A bunch of my clocks are in an art show at my friend Jen Biniek's house for the next three weeks, during Jazz Fest season, in New Orleans. It's called Creative Outlet, 2909 Ponce de Leon Street @ North White. Stop by and see my latest batch of clocks, as well as funky little art by the following artists: Yvette Chapotel, Chris Cressionnie, Penny Crane, Shannon Jones, Giselle Robert, Carol Springer, and my sisters-in-Craft-Mafia-crime, Jeannie Detweiler and Rachelle Matherne.
There will be an open house every night after Jazz Fest, and the show will remain up through May 6th, so stop on by on your way out of Jazz Fest and pick up some fun, funky art! Plus, first weekend (April 27-29), I'll be in NOLA and will be at the open house each night post-Fest, most likely with t-shirts and who knows what else in the trunk of my car! So come see me!!!

Featured on Ooh Shiny!
I seem to be on a roll - another blog mention! This time on a fun shopping blog called Ooh-Shiny! What a great name! It's rather minimalist, in terms of text - mostly just pictures of really cool shit - but I'm flattered they like my Resist Clock!
Staylocal.org <3 the Craft Mafia!
More great publicity! The good folks over at Staylocal.org just did an article on the New Orleans Craft Mafia for their "Success Stories" page of their site. Check it out! And while you're there, check out the many local-NOLA small businesses that could use your support!
Mixed Plate!
Happy Friday the 13th! I just got a super-sweet email from Liana over at Mixed Plate that she featured my powder blue Scoot! clock on her "Today's Color Is..." post this morning! How cool is that? I love Mixed Plate - it's one of the few indie craft blogs out there that really seems to have some interesting content, and you can tell that Liana really enjoys writing it. So check it out!
threadbanger.com
in an effort to continue posting some non-me content, here's an interesting little video clip from the good folks over at threadbanger.com, a new web-network for the indie craft community. this episode takes a tour of etsy's new "etsy lab," a co-op craft space in brooklyn:
pretty cool! next week's episode will be their recap of the craft congress which was held last weekend in pittsburgh, gathering together fifty of the indie craft community's biggest movers and shakers... including, as the last link shows you, my sister mafiosa mallory.
